Stallholder Application Form

Applications for the 2012 Festival have been forwarded to all Stallholders/Exhibitors on the 2011 contact list.

No further applications can be considered for the 2012 Festival however of you would like to be considered for the 2013 Festival please send you contact information and details of your product via email.

Application forms for 2013 will be uploaded to this site following the 2012 debrief.

Whilst the co-ordicator will endeavour to contact and issue and invitation to all previous stallholders it is the responsibility of all Stallholders to access and complete the application forms for the 2013 Festival.

All stallholders will be required to hold Public Liability Insurance and provide evidence of their level of cover.

All stall holders who are preparing food on the day or preparing food at home to sell at the festival are required by Coffs Harbour City Council to fill out the mobile vendor application form and send with their documents to PO Box 298, Sawtell, NSW 2452 or email the Chilli Festival directly. Coffs Harbour vendors are likely to have already completed this form as it is a requirement to be registered in their local area. They just need to send their existing form that has been approved by Coffs Harbour City Council.
