Inaugural Sawtell Chilli Festival Dinner at Novotel Pacific Bay Resort, Fri 1st July.

This year see the launch of the Inaugural Sawtell Chilli Festival Dinner at Novotel Pacific Bay Resort, Friday, 1st July. The Festival’s Special Guests, Aaron Harvie & Matthew Caldicott, have designed a 3 course alternate drop menu to delight your senses.

Aaron & Matthew will cook this exclusive menu alongside Pacific Bays’ Executive Chef Tony Gill and his Award Winning Team for one night only.

The night will feature more than just great food, with PKE Latin Dancers burning up the floor, Chilli Miranda & Rumba Downunder providing festival rhythms, there is sure to be plenty of saucy salsa moves and Latino heat.

The 2011 Sawtell Chill Festival is FULL. If you have missed out email your details to info@sawtellchillifestival.com.au, so we can send out 2012 documentation when we begin planning for next year.

Whilst we have endeavoured to position everyone in their preferred postions and accommodate all their specific requirements we have limited space and have worked really hard at attaining a great festival plan. This is the layout for 2011 Sawtell Chilli Festival Street Plan, and has been designed to work so it is mutually benificial to all vendors and businesses in the street.

Supreme Miss Chilli Sawtell

The Sawtell Chilli Festival is fast approaching and we are looking for participants for our inaugural Supreme Miss Chilli Sawtell. The festival date this year is Saturday 2nd July 2011 and we will be celebrating our thirteenth year of chilli appreciation. This contest is open to girls between the ages of 10 and 16 years. You will be raising money for Angel Flight Australia.

If I had to envisage my ideal coastal town, Sawtell would come close to fitting the bill."
